Star Ship Agência Marítima Ltda offers a full agency service, covering cargo requirements and documentation, formalities for vessel´s free pratique, port authorities visit and procedures , inward and outward clearance, ordering of pilot, tugs, and other services for and on behalf of the Charterer, with final D/A (Disbursement account) being sent to the appointing party.
Owners Nominated Agency (ONA)
Similar to the above Charterers Nominated Agency (CNA) service but provided for and on behalf of the ship owner. ONA includes full agency services like CNA.

CHARTERING & BROKERAGE
Our Chartering & Brokerage department offer full and complete service, 24 hours a day. Being, spot and time chartering of dry/bulk Shipping, tankers, containers and others.
We are in close contacts with ship owners and managers worldwide. We work to provide good and healthy negotiations in transport solution and have contacts with the worldwide trade community as well.

TOWAGE BROKERS
Owners and/or operators have the right to nominate towage services to their vessels in port.
Our knowledge and large quantities of maneuverings in the Brazilian cost will work on behalf of owners to have the best price of tugs via our towage negotiation.
Even, forced to appoint charterers agent due to C/P; Owners can instruct us to arrange the tugs in order to obtain best price/quotation.

OWNER´S PROTECTING
We provide a full supervision service to protect the Shipowner’s interests in monitoring and reviewing the Charterers’ agency function and looking after the vessel and port activities.
Owners Husbandry Agency (OHA)
Our Owners Husbandry department provide a comprehensive and competitive services, to ensure repairs, spares and stores, crew matters, cash to Master and other Owners' husbandry requirements.

CREW ASSISTANCE
We provide full assistance to crew members all over Brazil, whether on board the vessel or while expected for crew change; and/or assistances to superintendents, technician and other representatives when coming to Brazil..
